I would be giving 5 stars because for the last 4yrs they have done a fantastic job preparing my taxes, however this year due to a scheduling/communication error I was allowed to make an appointment online that upon reaching the local branch found out they don't even take appointments that day they're closed that day so I went to an appointment that I didn't have because the website let me make the appointment but is no reflection of the actual work of the prepare herself she was great thank youEDIT: So for years I utilize the service of Jackson Hewitt. I was not audited. I was however for some reason robbed of $5,000 out of last year's tax return. I'm just asking them to help me like I paid them to do but didn't want to do that and seems. So they're down to two stars. I'll check back in with an update soon.

Still haven't gotten my refund ..the only reason I used a pro tax service was to get it done without jumping though irs hoops...so here I am doing just that

I just went in to get tax's done .. worst service ever ..when I mentioned H&R told me that a dependent child should get all her tax back the RUDE person said we're not H&R BLOCK... I asked a question... but then I said I thought all tax laws were the same.. then she said do you want your tax's done or not .. I'm busy.. RUDE

First time doing taxes and really needed the money and she was very smart and professional about getting me the money I deserve, very happy.
