This is about the Home Depot Rental service. I called in advance to find out the price and availability of their insulation blowing machine. I was told the rental was $50, but that it was free with the purchase of 20 bales. I already had the material but I needed the machine. I drove all the way up there to find out that they DONT rent the machine even though one was available. It's a loaner machine strictly for use when insulation is purchased from them.
I had to drive all the way from Placerville to Folsom where they DO rent the machine.
This is another example of the mindset of Home Depot; they are not focused on the greater needs of their customers.
