Villa Montanaro Apartments

I've enjoyed living here enormously. I really like how quiet it is. Sarqueta in the leasing office is responsive. The maintenance staff is a pleasure to work with. Jesse, the service manager, is top notch. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Pablo who has helped me with my last two maintenance requests. I happened to submit them super late on a Friday night on two different occasions, and he was able to drop by the next day on Saturday in both instances and resolve my issue that same day. The first time it was for a dryer duct that had gotten disconnected from the ceiling pipe that it was vents out to. He was able to take care of that very quickly. The second time it was for a bathroom sink that was starting to back up occasionally. He took care of that clog within an hour or two, and he did a good job of cleaning up afterwards, which I really appreciated. Thank you Pablo for patiently answering all of my questions and for coming by so quickly!

My 82-year-old mother has lived here for 13 years and Jesse has been a God sent helping us at every turn even if it's just walking her down the hall. The office staff and everybody here have been wonderful to us! A special thank you goes out to Jesse for all the sweet things he has done and to Sarqueta for always being available to work with us. My mother Bonnie loves the staff here and hopefully she lives another 13 years to make them all work.

After 13 months of living here we just renewed our lease for another term. We love this place. Villa Montanaro's staff (special shoutout to Sarqueta and Jesse) have been exceptionally helpful and kind every time we communicate with them. In my experience, the onsite support can make or break your experience living somewhere, and we feel very lucky to be somewhere with such an amazing team!

Great place to stay been here 3 months no complaints , Pablo maintenance man came to fix my oven as soon as it broke no waiting came in replaced oven door an out very polite and friendly .

Over this weekend my garbage disposal was not working and Pablo came to service within a few hours of putting my request in. I have been living here for over 2 years and the community is very quiet and nice. Thank you for giving great service!
