Without question, this is the best dental care move Ive ever made. As Im 83 years young, so thats saying something. My first appointment was a week ago. My initial X-rays and exam were done by Dr. Puri and her assistant, Jessica. Both very thorough and giving explanations all the way through the exam process. Dr. Puri outlined a needed treatment plan of necessary work. Returned yesterday for the recommended deep cleaning, which was done by hygienist, Jillian Snow. She did an excellent job, explaining each part of the cleaning process. She also made some dental care recommendations. I now have three more appointments for restorative work, starting next week. This is an amazing dental clinictruly a one-stop facility, with general dentists, an endodontist, a periodontist, a couple of oral surgeons and two hygienists. The front staff is comprised of young, friendly, energetic, intelligent and patient people. The whole experience couldnt be better. This is quite a concept in dentistry. Very high-tech with the latest in equipment and procedures. I couldnt be happier with the change Ive made. Pleasant Hill Smiles DentistryI highly recommend them.

Hygienist was excellent. Efficient, professional & personnable. Reception area seemed disorganized upon arrival- a couple different employees were processing clients(superv not there?)..waited 10-15 minutes before superv appeared to chk me in. (What were the other employees doing in the receiving area while I was clearly waiting- am not invisible yet)..apology accepted, but process should be explained, trained, & implemente. Client are not invisible.

My experience at this dental office was brilliant. They use of up-to-date technology and examine thoroughly. My main dentist, Maryam, along with her assistant A (whom I prefer to leave unnamed), were both incredibly efficient and extremely empathetic, particularly attentive to monitoring pain levels. Also, the reception staff were really friendly and patient, whilst managing to juggle other things. It was an overall great experience.

This review is long overdue, but they are awesome and need that credit. Dr. Puri and Jessica W, her assistant, were prompt and super friendly during my dental exam. I got my cleaning same day! Highly recommend
