The woman at the front desk is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable with the needs of the guest. She works hard. Always working when I see her and she always finds the time to.say hello

I was there visiting a friend and it seemed nice. A YEAR AND A HALF later I chose to stay at 2 of their locations and I am disgusted with management. The rooms themselves are great. The employees are very rude. If fact the Asian gentleman that works at the PH location. He had no consideration for My circumstances. He ended up throwing my belongings in the dumpster!!! My vehicle was stolen from that location therefore when my daughter and I were 40 dollars short for our 8th night stay therefore we were forced to leave. Remind you I have no car, skit of stuff, I'm DISABLED and my 26 year old daughter has a mental disability. The friend who was able to pick us up did not have a big enough vehicle for all my things. I was forced to leave some stuff there on a cart. That was around 6pm. I was working on having another friend with a larger car pu the rest of our things. When I returned to the location later that evening I asked the Asian gentleman at the grimy desk where my things were and he told me he threw them away. I was in shock.
