He was very thorough in walking me through the steps of the install process and each line item in the quote. The quote I received was also one of the more reasonable I saw during my AC search. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable and was very quick to respond to my many email inquiries. I appreciated the exceptional customer service he provided!
