Worst possible company and customer experience ive ever had. I found them on google before reading their yelp reviews and Better business reviews, they are awful. I had this company call me from a million different numbers and try to get my address first off. Then i spoke to someone and he said he could come in 20 min, but an hour later after it was dark at like 9pm, the guy shows up like nothing and calls me. I reluctantly went out though at this point I should have asked him to leave, nevertheless he was on his phone talking on speaker the entire time, he made my alarm go off so many times though it was past 9pm and i have neighbors, as hes on his phone casually talking. He asked me to open my glove compartment because i dont want to go in your things i gave him what he asked for and 20 min i checked on him and he was fishing in my glove compartment. At this point i was so frustrated and asked him to leave. He began to argue and haggle with me saying he would give me a discount. So again i asked him to leave! Well, he leaves and my alarm goes off so I called him to undo whatever he did that made my always go off and again he tried to bargain with me. Well, 6 months later i still have broken suction on my window and it rains on me when i go to the carwash and u can imagine its loud when i drive on the freeway. Very annoying and unethical business. I would demand they fix their damage but id rather have my car damaged than to deal with their treatment and disrespect and regard ever again. I tried find them on yelp but somehow they arent on there though they have unlimited locations and arent even a local business but a huge corporation that seems to get away with this type of behavior, i have no idea how. But in conclusion, it was such a bad experience.

So excited that those kiosks exist, unfortunately my key didn't work, but I am impressed with the customer service online, they answered my concern and I got my money refunded in hours.

Would like to see more design options available in the kiosk. The key works great! The cut was perfect.
