Bridgepoint Funding has done it again! This is my second time working with Mike and his team. They helped us buy our home in 2016 and I knew I would be contacting them again for refi and equity line options in the future. They recently made it possible for us to get a home equity line and I never thought it could happen for us in this market. Josie and Mike made it happen, and now were able to get much-needed home improvements! Im also appreciative of Mikes expertise and Josies clear and efficient emails of everything she needed from us. We recently bought our second home with Bridgepoint funding. We had a wonderful experience with Mike and his team. We also bought our first home with these amazing team. You get so much support and guidance from this wonderful group of professionals. Josie was our Loan processor and she is the best!!! We feel like Mike and his team are our family. Mike and his team are excellent at what they do. Their professionalism, efficiency, and patience made the whole process far less stressful than I had feared it would be. Mike and Alexandra were especially helpful whenever I had questions and were always willing to sit down and discuss any questions or concerns I had as someone going through this process for the first time. The whole team were quick to respond and were present every step of the way. I truly appreciate their expertise and kindness.

We recently had an incredible experience with Mike Trejo and his team at Bridgepoint Funding. This is the second home we have financed with their help, the first being 12 years ago, and that was also a great experience. Mike took lots of time to explain our financing options and ended up finding us a loan that was highly competitive in today's tough market and perfect for our situation. He drew on his deep experience to help us provide information to convince lenders that our situation, which normally would be a non-starter for qualifying for a mortgage, was actually reasonable and responsible, and as a result we were successful in obtaining financing. His team then pushed hard to process our paperwork, was extremely responsive and helpful, and the end result was that we closed our purchase process in record time! They also gave solid recommendations on home insurance possibilities and worked very well with our realtor to ensure everything was handled promptly and properly.
