Fearless Music Lessons

Jeff is awesome! I've been taking my now 7yo daughter to weekly Ukelele lessons with Jeff for about a year now. She wants to learn Music but has a very strong personality and trouble focusing for long periods of time. Jeff developed a great relationship with her and keeps finding innovative ways to keep her engaged and interested. The studio is a warm and friendly environment with a lot of character so she loves coming back every week.

As an adult I was looking for a guitar teacher that could get me up to speed quickly. Jeff is everything that I was looking for in a guitar teacher more. His rates are very fair and worth every cent. I took lessons from him for about 2 years and is one of the best personal investments I've ever made. He has an awesome personality and even though I have since moved out of state we keep in contact and I consider him a great friend that I will always keep in my life. Very rare and hard to find to have a guitar teacher like him. Some one who is not only a great teacher but really funny and makes you comfortable.

I learned SO much from Jeff. Initially went their to improve my soloing but he stripped it back to basics, taught me the required music theory and built it back up again - truly the right way to learn. Highly enthusiastic, challenged me every week and taught me so much more than I ever expected. A true music lover and guitar enthusiast. I highly recommend Jeff 😊

I have been taking guitar lessons from Jeff for quite a few years now! He's always super helpful when I get stuck on a tricky song and makes lessons very engaging and fun! I have gained a lot of skills through Jeff's teaching that has made playing the guitar a breeze!

Jeff and Jenny are great! I have been taking banjo lessons from Jeff for several years now and it's amazing what I have learned. He's very patient and mixes up music theory with lots of fun. His recitals are always diverse, with students of all ages. He's definitely the ideal teacher for kids and adults alike. Jeff and Jenny chose the perfect music studio with tons of room for all the music and instruments they teach. There's a huge front entry room for kids to play or for parents to wait (a couch, kids table, toys, play instruments,etc). It's spacious and in a convenient location, close to shopping and situated between Pleasant Hill and Martinez.
