        Im new to this store, and had a great experience today. I had to return an order, and Ian in Customer Service helped me. He provided exceptional help with my return, as well as assistance trying to place an online order. I was also helped by a woman (Im sorry I didnt get a name) working in the towel dept. She was busy with something, but stopped to show me several options for what I was looking for, and was very nice. I dont shop in person as much anymore, but was both pleased and surprised at the great help here, and will be back.
