        Environment is clean, the neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Sofis location is very ideal since its stores and parks are accessible.

        Hi! Again I keep posting about it, because I received an email asking about every time I make a request or go to the office! When we signed the lease the person who helped us she told us your due day for rent payment is the 3rd , but you have until the 8th of the month before they charge a late fee! Unfortunately last month I was late for a day! The 4 rd made the payment. So they charged $150.00 late fee. Also received a letter on the mail from conservice company, telling me that I own $150.00 dummy me I went to the office to ask who was conservice and why they were sending me emails and contacted me! A new office person was there, she came me such bad attitude looked at like you are bothering me! She didnt have an idea what I was talking about. She went to the managers office she explained to her! I asked can I talk to her ? She oh ok she is to busy to talk to you! To make short she said I am going to find more information then I will call you today before the end of the day! That was Friday afternoon today is Tuesday and I still waiting for her call! So please if you are going to hire someone to give customer service get someone that likes to work with people! The worst service at SOFI POWAY APARTMENTS
