The location and building are very beautiful and access to shopping centers, but their biggest problem is the laundry room. Because of the old and broken machines, the cleaning inside the laundry room is not good at all. My wife and I lived there for 6 months, and they mistakenly charged me 75 dollars late. Later, they realized their mistake and at the time of handing over the apartment, they deducted $420 from my deposit for painting and other things, if I handed over the apartment to them very clean.

Service orders were done ASAP and the maintenance guy was very helpful even in an emergency request. Office staff know the complex needs well because it is a while that they are at this position now.
