Poway Valley Collision

Ive used Poway Valley Collision several times over the years. Theyve always done excellent work. Most recently, I had to wait a month before they could work on my vehicle. When I dropped it off, the estimate was ~$1,030 and the work would take at least 5-7 business days. I received an estimated completion date of 7 business days. When I called on the 7th business day, they said the car was not done and would be done on the 10th business day. They later called me on day 9 and said the car was ready. The final cost was $2,299 - well over double the estimate. Again, they do great work, but I was less than thrilled with the process.

I have no idea why triple A would recommend this place, they have really bad customer service , like really bad. Always a bad sign when they only respond to positive reviews and ignore the negatives, I should of know but listened to my triple A agent , won't make that mistake again, you can find a way better place with way better customer service anywhere else.
