        It took a month to access our trust account. Had to make an appointment every time. Tried calling the person helping us but he didnt even have a voicemail set up. What a struggle Missing paperwork, some faxed some not, redo paperwork, wait. Not right paperwork..restart, cant log in, still sending information to old fiduciary etc.everything that could go wrong did! On the day we final were able to see the account the person helping us ushered us out because they were closing in 10 minutes and couldnt be inconvenienced while I frivolously tapped on my phone making sure I could log in so I would not have to come back.

        They have been horrible with our auto loan, they continue to charge us for insurance even though we have our own.  We have submitted the correct paperwork work proving we have had insurance from day one and the entire time They still have not refunded us our money. They are once again charging for insurance since we changed companies.  We submitted the correct paperwork proving we have our own insurance and they are still charging us.  If I could leave no stars I would.

        I went in to update some information and when I showed the person working my paperwork, they asked me an inappropriate question. Following that, their manager saw my paperwork and they both started laughing. Mission fed has always given me issues but today they made me feel like less of a person. Not only that, Jared seemed annoyed and surprised that I wanted to close my account after it all. I strongly do not recommend this credit union because no matter which mission fed you go to there's always an issue! Good luck to you all
