        Seabreeze glass in Poway was very quick to take care of my problem. They replaced the glass in my front door that was broken by the emergency people when I needed help. They were so fast it was like one day turn around. I was so impressed with them. And Jim who I talked to was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them

        The woman who answered my initial email inquiry and phone call was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. It is unfortunate because she did not follow the organization's philosophy of providing "fast, reliable information with a positive attitude" (as stated on their website).
