Farmers Insurance - Jose Aroeste

My wife and I went on a Cruise last year and came back to a flooded Kitchen.  Although it was not a great experience to go through Farmers was outstanding.  They were extremely responsive and paid for everything we needed.  I also found its so nice to have an agent to help you, unlike a lot of insurance companies Farmers actually has someone to talk to and walk you through the process.  Jose was there when we needed him and we are most grateful.  Also just a quick tip, when you go on vacation turn your water off.

Jose is the man! I was a first timer when it came to setting up the commercial auto and business policy. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into and the best part was I didnt even have to go see him! All the docs were sent electronically which is awesome because I have quite the random schedule being a service technician. I would highly recommend Jose for all your insurance needs! Hes also very resourceful and well connected so if youre entrepreneurial I would suggest picking his brain because he might know someone you need to know!

We have had a wonderful experience with Jose. He worked with us diligently to get us the best discounts when we bundled her auto, home and umbrella policies. We have two teenage drivers and we're very concerned about the amount that we were paying in premiums with previous insurance companies. Jose really worked with us to find every possible discount, and we really came out with a very reasonable quote. We were able to get discounts on our home owners insurance too. Jose is very thorough, a great communicator, and honestly just very pleasant to work with. I really felt like he had our best interests at heart, and we now have a great relationship with a great insurance agent. I would highly recommend Jose.
