Our moving experience went seamlessly. Everything was packed and boxed well. Our furniture was carefully wrapped and packed into the truck with only a few minor scratches and dings. We understand moving across the country that there will be some evidence of the move on our furniture and this was minimally what happened. The driver was very good about contacting us and keeping us informed to our pick up and delivery. Donna was very cautious and conscientious about the way the process of our move occurred. She hired a great group of guys who packed us into the truck, who went above and beyond securing our studio grand piano that we paid extra for a company to appropriately pack the piano and unpack it. The front end group did not get the piano completely ready (not mounted on a piano board at all) but the crew Donna hired did get it well packed (not really their job). The company on the end site did a wonderful job putting the piano back together and placed. The furniture repair person was a true artist and knew how to fix the small scrapes and dings that happened to a few pieces of our furniture. This move was very well done by Coleman/Allied. The driver, Donna, was terrific, the packers of boxes and the packers of the van did a very good job. The unpackers were very quick and courteous. We would recommend Coleman/Allied Moving to anyone looking for a moving company, especially cross country. Their pricing was fair, not the most expensive and not the least expensive of the large moving companies. We felt the customer service was very good throughout the entire process.

Thanks for everything! You and the movers were fabulous! BTW - I found the lamp! In a dresser drawer! To the best of my knowledge, only one wine glass (out of more than 100) broke! Fortunately it was one of the cheap ones! Everything else was delivered in perfect condition! We are thrilled! The entire crew made moving as easy as possible! They were very professional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and finished in the time they estimated! I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Noreen and Theresa were very helpful in assisting me in planning the pick up and delivery of my household items. I was disappointed to see that my shipment came with some damage. I believe this was due to loading/storing across multiple trucks. My delivery driver Tim was great and I appreciate his care in moving my items into the house.
