Words do not adequately describe how pleased I am with the professionalism and dedication to excellence Jordan demonstrated while correcting a plumbing issue at my home. He is an excellent example of how customer service should be. I believe he has an outstanding future based on my experience.

You know when someone shows up and you are immediately confident they are the right people for the job? That was Matt from Plumbing plus. Earlier in the day I was already let down by someone else who came to assess my leaky water tank but once Matt came by, the damage was quickly assessed and my options clearly given. Communication was great and consistent and the right kind of care was shown. Jason and Taz showed up soon to support the work and on two occasions I could even leave my house to run some errands knowing that I was in good hands. The guys were extremely polite and respectful of my things. Expenses like this don't typically leave anyone in a good mood but all things considered, I was super glad that these guys were the ones who did tankless heater replacement at my house. Highly recommended!!
