GLS

Their driver stole one of my packages off of my front yard when they made a separate delivery. I called and informed GLS of this as it was captured on a ring doorbell and I have video of the incident. When I called them they were no help at all. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars.

LIARS! They never attempted to deliver my package and returned it to the shipper and they told them that there was no one home. I work at home and they never even left a delivery notice on my door. 2nd delivery attempt they didn't show up again! I too have security cameras and 24 hour recorded surveillance. INCOMPETENT LIARS!

Ok so where shall I begin your driver straight lied and never showed up with any package then your customer service decided to tell us that we should have been home and wanted to argue with my wife look I understand you don't wanna do your job but some times the things we order can't be delayed so you can understand but I don't have any pop up books to better assist you get some real employees that want to work and maybe people will use your company also might wanna try gps real time driver tracking so your drivers can't lie anymore

Allegedly tried to deliver my package 2-3 times asking for a gate code that didnt exist. There is no gate. There is only a big glass business that says its a POSTAL COMPANY on every window. The notes said they tried to call but I have zero missed calls. These people are scammers that dont go to the location. Either they never deliver so you go to them (which is very far) or they dont even have your package. Going as soon as they are open, we'll see how that goes.

Incompetent delivery service. If I could give negative stars I would. Where UPS, fedex, doordash, amazon, usps.etc... have had no trouble delivering to my building, GLS has failed to deliver three days in a row. the first day scheduled for delivery was my day off of work and my phone number was on package.. I was home all day... no calls no delivery only updated tracking "attempted delivery"
