I wish I could give a 20 star review for Toby Anders! We were customers who had rented a trailer at a different location where the lights werent connecting to our truck due to us thinking it was a fuse from our truck, we drove off and then changed the fuse and had no luck. We drove into the U-Haul in Poway and received help from Toby. He went above and beyond to help us. We have never had such amazing customer service. Thank you so much Toby for all your help.

They rent trucks with 1/8 tank of gas and ask you to put gas in the rental for supposed credit. They enter false mileage driven when the truck is returned. Make sure you document everything with pictures so you dont get overcharged. And be prepared to wait at the counter. Employees are no where to be found. Completely unprofessional!

After having time suddenly move to another state I went to uhual on Poway road and Mary and Sam were both so amazing and compassionate and empathic to what I was going through and went above and beyond to take care of me. I recommend them to anyone needing to move anything

The 26 ft local truck (with 183k+ miles) needs some TLC. It shakes badly on the highway and the headlights are barely seen. Also the truck was provided to me only with 5/16 of a tank of gas which is unacceptable.
