There was a worker there who was being very rude and discriminatory towards my family and I.She was about to vacuum our feet and she was turning off the lights while we were still inside mind you there were still 10 minutes left till closing time

I love shopping at Francescas. Kimmy was great, friendly and knowledgeable at this location. I love shopping here, but please get blinds for the windows. Both the workers and I were in the direct sunlight at the register in the hot afternoon sun. And the weather was cold outside. Thank you for the cute, affordable products!

I used to love coming here. I don't know if they have new owners. Because the clothes are so stuffed ! They have way too many clothes on the clothes racks that you're not able to move the clothes to either side of the rack to wven appreciate the way the clothes look. Im not going to pay 60 for a sweater that is stuffed between the racks! The accessories are so crowded in the shelves that it almost looks like a second-hand store. Good luck. Maybe the manager needs to re-evaluate, take a step back, and see crowded everything is!
