Literally the worst customer service, childish little girls working here who apparently took the movie mean girls too serious. No greeting nasty stares and snickering. I put down the items I was gonna purchase because wow thats just not acceptable. I work at macys down the way and we would NEVER treat customers like this

My friend and I came in here and the service was horrible, they treated us horrible and made us feel like they were superior in comparison to us. The service overall was unpleasant, and the experience made us not wanna go back.

Rudest staff ever. Horrible service when I came in with my girlfriend. No one wanted to help us and were only talking to each other. Id rather drive to the Garage in Irvine than this store that is closer to me.

This was one of the WORST customer experiences I have ever had. The employees who work there are EXTREMELY MEAN. They looked at me up and down and did not even say hi. All they do is stand around, talk and go on their phone IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Someone needs to contact their higher ups ASAP because this is unacceptable. I am never shopping here again!!! Do not recommend!!!
