Awful transportation company and delivery service. The customer service knows nothing and laziness all through each department. The customer service lady cannot answer the question, so she put customers on hold forever. Remember! Do not work with a company with this kind of attitude.

This company is absolute trash and scum, over dozens of deliveries where I have called and scheduled a specific time for my order to be delivered so that I can fit it in with my work schedule and not once have they respected the scheduled time but rather deliver whenever they desire and if you are not available to pick it up they are quick to hit you with a heavy charge. How does this work when they intially are the ones that do not respect the delivery time? If you call you will be on hold for hours because they are scared to actually provide you with any answers of where your delivery may be. Many days I have missed entire days of work waiting for their idiot drivers and their idiot schedules even after calling several times before and having them guarantee that I will receive it at a specific time. If i could give them 0 stars I would and if you actually care about your time of day find yourself a better company because this company is absolutely the lowest of the low.
