If you have multiple items to pick up, make sure they get all of them before you go. This pharmacy have very bad service, they made me come Saturday, Monday and Tuesday all most every day but still cant get all my medication. On Saturday I dropped off my prescription, they said they are running out that medication so they need to reorder, and they will send me message when its ready to pick up. After one hour I left, I got the message said its ready to pick up, Im confused did they really checked their inventory? Its already in the store why they told me they need to reorder. But since I already left I decided to go on Monday. On Monday I went there again, they said they only got one medication, the other one still need to reorder, if they are not ready for all my items why they send me the message to ask me to pick up? Customer dont want to go multiple times to get their prescription. Then I need to go on Tuesday again. On Tuesday I made a phone call before I go, in case I get nothing again, the woman on the phone said oh all your medications are already in the store, you can wait 20 minutes and I will get everything ready. I called at 3pm, I went there on 4pm, but when I arrive, the man told me I still need to wait half hour to get it, I lost my patience, the woman on the phone said she will get it in 20 minutes, and in fact I get it in 2 hours!!! I waited until 5pm to get my medication and the most important is: My prescription quantity is 200, they only give me 100!!! Such a lier and totally not respect customers time, you order so many times from Saturday to next week Tuesday why still missing something? And nobody tell me on the phone, you said everything is ready to pick up in 20 minutes and in fact I wait 2 hours and still missing one box! Its terrible expensive to get my prescription here and I will never never go there again! All they said is lie and the stuff have no respect for customer time, terrible pharmacy I ever meet!
