Sierra the one with tattoos helped me out. She was very patient and friendly with me chosing the type of booth I wanted. I tried several, and I give her a 5/5 stars.

I had the most wonderful experience in the Rancho Cucamonga store a few days ago. The sales person, Simone, was bringing out various boxes to try to help me decide what would be best for me. I had to return them - the ones I chose were a bit to heavy for me - I have a herniated disc. The store manager, Jeneen, was at the cash register. Rather than the usual scowl when something is returned at other places, she was incredibly kind! She complimented what I was wearing, she asked how I was ad it set up a little joking period and only then she said "you charged this on your ___ card" rather than outright asking for it. She never said anything negative about my returning them but maintained a kind, gentle demeanor the entire time. She also recommended a lighter shoe that could possibly work for me. I have never met a more competent, gentle staff than I found at this store.
