They cancel the order and change the order without communicating with the patient. Really bad and IEPH needs to work with someone else. Disrespectful and rude none of them care about what they do

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE DISRESPECTFUL RUDE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WE MISSED 4 APPOINTMENTS THIS WEEK AND LITERALLY NO ONE EVEN CARED THAT THEY DONT DO THIER JOB MOST OF THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES IEHP CONTRACT WITH ARE HORRIBLE JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND IEHP AND THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES THEY USE ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

American Logistics is literally THE WORST medical transportation company out there. I scheduled a ride to go to Childrens' Hospital in San Diego. They were supposed to pick us up at 5pm. My little boy (8) was up at 4:30, ready to go. Two drivers later, they were already 30 minutes late. When the driver arrived and we were already on the freeway, he preceded to tell me that he had been driving all night and was so tired that I NEEDED to talk to him on the way down so he didn't fall asleep..... WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a 120 miles drive with y little boy in the car!!!!! I told him to cancel the ride and take us home.... At First, he refused until I said I would call the police and charge him with kidnapping!!! He whipped his mask off and threw it down!!! My little one was squeezing my hand so tight!! The guy was arguing with me the whole time!! We made it home within 10 minutes.. When I tried to call customer service, they were UNAPOLOGETIC and RUDE!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIFYING!!!
