Bill has helped us with our draperies for a very long time. He is honest and really the best person anyone could ask for. Recently my husband and I called him for help with our drapes he installed maybe 15 years ago. The string had stopped working. I thought it would be difficult to find him after so many years, but no his number popped right up. He came the next day and it was as though it were yesterday. He is an expert at what he does and he never try's to over charge or talk you into something you don't need! He is kind, considerate and always thinking of what's best for the other guy, you. My husband and I are in our 70's now and living on social security so things are tight for us and Bill was more than fair. By the way Bill also helped my Mom with drapes for her bedroom. He was so good with her, patient and kind. My Mom loved Bill. If you are looking for someone who is honest and with a high degree of integrity Bill is the one to help you.
