The Overlook at Los Patrones

This is the loudest apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have never hated living anywhere more in my life. On a weekly basis we deal with children and adults screaming in the streets or garages, revving their engines for fun, and camping out in chairs outside like it's frat row -day and night. I have a 10 month baby and she's almost always awoken from her naps due to noise even with a sound machine on. I can hear people outside on her baby monitor thats how loud they are. I cannot control her environment which is extremely frustrating. We were granted out of our first lease due to unreasonable amounts of noise from our neighbors but could not secure a new place in time. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I have lived in this community for over 1 year now and absolutely love it! Bessa (the community manager) is amazing when things need to be taken care of. Highly recommend this complex!

If you enjoy friendly neighbors and kids all playing together, this is the best place to live! It feels like one big happy family for 99% of us. Big shout out to Bessa our Property Manager, shes amazing! She helps out so much with anything we need and makes sure we are all taken care of! And to the 2 star review that was posted on here, shes just a Karen

Great place to live with lots of friendly people. Perfect place for kids and people that enjoy community gatherings and hanging out with your neighbors. If your kinda a loner you would probably enjoy a retirement community more but this place is great for 99% of people

My wife and I are loving this community! New, beautiful, clean and the management is amazing. Bessa, the PM is a dream! Shes fast to respond, keeps the property immaculate and makes this place feel like a resort! Five stars isnt enough and Im blessed to be here. The neighborhood is extremely homecoming and 99.99% of everyone that lives here is a pleasure to be around!
