For the guy who presents customer service.,old guy he is so ude and arrogant, unprofessional, treat people like they are in prison . So rude feel sorry for him.

My medication was shipped urgently over night to this fedex office , I went to pick it up with so much pain Once there inside , there were two beast staff one male the other female the male beast called Chris directed me to proper line for pick up by saying there is one line for all , and I complied As I was waiting in my line for my turn The male beast staff took a pretty tiny lady as she walked in went directly to counter by passing the line By this time my pain doubled I asked the male beast(Chris) you told me this is the line and I am in pain and you took some beautiful just walked in he had no answer , I asked for manager he said , not there will be in august 17 I asked the female beast for manager She said she is the manager but she didnt believe my complain by supporting his male beast employee (Chris) Shame on you P V E FedeX , shame on you female beast(manager) , and shame on you male beast(Chris) for making me suffer for not doing your job fair , and with honor Please go look at your camera At Around 11 am or after , on sep1/2023 Go ahead be brave and respond for your failure of costumer service . You have arrogant environment You deserve no star for costumer sevice
