Premier Oil Change & Car Wash

Cost was great and free vacuums, used the car wash, which I have used before with no issues. Recently when I arrived home noticed several deep scratches on the top of my car, that were clearly brush marks, and clear coat coming off. Spoke to the manager who blamed it on the sun and there was no way to help. It is spring, not summer. Hoping the district manager makes this right, there are new competitors in town.

Top Notch service with a free car wash. You definitely pay for it though.

I was offered 9 additional services though just trying to get a standard oil change, but I expected this so not the reason for my low review. 2 stars because, the staff, though friendly, spent more time focusing on all the extras to sell me, that the essential didn't get done. Which in my case was that they didn't secure the hood of my car before I drove away. While I'm doing 65 on the freeway I realize it's not latched and rattling severely in the wind. I was so afraid it was going to fly up while I was driving and cause an accident before i could pull over somewhere safe and fix it. Seems like oil change 1-0-1 and I expected better from a place that "specializes" in this service.
