I have yet to move in but I just want to say Claudia is amazing! She helped me get the perfect apartment asap within my budget! I went to a complex down the road first and they were quick to say they can get everything situated only to tell me they use AI site that doesnt accept quickbooks stubs from my employer and gave me the run around. Claudia assured me they dont use the system and after that I uploaded my bank info and applied for an apartment and got approved within hours! Im excited to be moving to such a helpful community!

Location location location - summit apartment is very close to the shopping and entertainment areas within mountain grove and citrus plaza. Building is new, facilities are well kept, and staff and residents are very friendly. Great place for young professionals looking for a lifestyle living. Apartment is also pet friendly and you will see dog owners in the popular pet park. If you own a dog, you will become instantly popular among other dog owners! Being in the middle of the shopping centers always poses exposure to bad elements trying to do bad things but the management is very proactive and put security patrol to watch the property 24x7. Perfect place for a young professionals and families looking for a temporary place!

Ive been living at the Summit Apartments for 10 months now and I can confidently say its an amazing place to be! Not only is the complex conveniently located within walking distance of local shopping, but the grounds are also very clean and well-kept. The actual apartments are spacious, neighbors are nice, maintenance requests are resolved super quickly (shoutout to Mike!), and the amenities are great. Being that this is my first apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful office staff who are always there with a smile and ready to help me out! While theres no such thing as a perfect apartment and issues are bound to pop up, I am so incredibly appreciative of Selina & Claudia's responsiveness and efforts to provide resources/help me resolve any concerns. Definitely consider this place if youre on the hunt for a new apartment :)

My husband and I recently stopped by to inquire about renting an apartment. Im not sure the name of the woman in the leasing office because she couldnt even be bothered to introduce herself. Instead of trying to sell us on renting an apartment there it felt like she was trying to convince us NOT to move in. She was very rude and dismissive. She did not offer to show us anything not even pictures of the property or unit. We really like the property from what we saw online but if that woman is a representation of your property, we will definitely be going elsewhere.
