Weve only been moved in a week and already it feels like more than just home. We got lucky with the beautiful navel floor plan, which has so much storage and space. Overall, weve loved the community amenities and the staff. There are always minor imperfections, even in places as new as this, but overall we have loved being here. Noise levels have been nice so far, but we dont have any wall neighbors and are on a high floor. Cecelia and Tyler were the hugest helps for us. We truly appreciate how professional and transparent they have been through this stressful process. Additionally, we are so grateful to find a cat friendly apartment. He has loved the extra space. The spacious balcony space is also much appreciated. I toured the three bedroom and two bedroom options, which I think are the best values on the property.

Danielle is awesome! She gave me a tour of the facility, helped me choose an apartment, and even gave me a nice welcome gift when I moved in. The team is very friendly, and I love my apartment! Great place.

My partner and I have been looking for an apartment that suited our needs. Danielle was able to sooth and suggest different floor plans based off our needs. We ultimately fell in love with the perfect unit at the perfect spot! Danielle is a ray of sunshine to deal with and I promise anyone. You will have the best experience with renting at the venue with Danielle!

We looked at many places in the area, this is by far the best. Danielle at The Venue is amazing, she is straightforward, pleasant, and extremely helpful. She answered our (many) questions easily, and even anticipated questions. She made us feel comfortable and was a joy to tour with.
The complex is beautiful, and welcoming with wonderful amenities. The common areas are beyond compare, the pool is ideal for laps, they even have sip 'n paint events, a chef's kitchen to reserve for events, and a brand new fitness area.
