        Staff vary helpful and explains how to use tha App for the hearing aids. Dr. explains everything thoroughly and I received my hearing test at the same time. I didn't have to get my hearing test at my doctor's facility. GREAT

        I Came from out of state to visit family and was in the neighborhood to pick up a packet of batteries for my hearing aid that I get for free through my insurance. The lady u unlocks the door and tells me no one can help me because they are closed down for lunch. There should be someone there at all times to help someone.how hard is it to type in someones name and hand them batteries. Unimpressed .extremely lazy. I am unable to wait for an hour until they opened up. I would not recommend.they couldnt even help with a small favor.
