We have used ONeil Carpet cleaning several times. The owner Craig is very responsive and professional. He is always able to squeeze us in when we need our carpets cleaned. We have cats and dogs that always seem to make a mess on the carpets and he is able to get the stains up and the carpet looking new! We have also had him clean our area rugs and couches. He does a great job and leaves everything looking and smelling fresh and new. He has great prices too! I would highly recommend! This company has been a god sent! We moved to Redlands in June 2021 and have used them at least 4 times since. We have 3 dogs, so things can get messy, but every time I have called they have responded quickly to my request and appt. is made in a timely manner. They come in, they are thorough, efficient, timely and at a great price. I know I can always call them to come through for us. The carpents look nice a clean again!!! Craig, the owner and operator of O'Neil Carpet Cleaning, came to my rescue. My dog had an accident and I thought my carpet was ruined!!! He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and the entire mess came out!! It smells great too!!! He is the best!!!

I am so HAPPY with the FANTASTIC job that Craig did.. as he ALWAYS does!! He adjusted his schedule to come clean my carpet and couch that my puppy had an accident on. After he was done, it looked like new (and it smelled great, too!). My family, friends, and I have used O'Neil Carpet Cleaning for years. His work is professional and his prices are great.
