Easy to get in and out. The staff is friendly and nice. The building is clean. Theres one doc there that can actually get me adjusted!

I've been going to this location (almost exclusively) for years now and have nothing but absolute appreciation for their professionalism, understanding, and commitment to helping their patients find a better path to managing or overcoming their pain. Thank you Redlands, keep up the great work!

OUTSTANDING patient/team-staff relations! I cannot recommend this particular THE JOINT office any more highly than the 5 stars permitted. I would rate it " to the stars, moon and way beyond!!". Chantelle, the beautiful and efficient office manager greets you with her beautiful smile and guides one effortlessly thru the digital extensive health history. The kind Doctor knows her profession well and has worked her miracles on me. I'm a dentist, by profession , and therefore feel justified to sing the praises of another dedicated fellow practioner! Run, do not walk, to witness for yourselves how much your body will benefit from being in alignment. Your energy channels, which perhaps like mine, were blocked....will flow freely .

I drove all the way from the Hi-Desert to this location (during working hours on a Sunday), just for them to have a piece of paper in the front door saying they werent actually open. Maybe its shame on me for not calling and verifying first, but seeing as their a chain of chiropractic places, I figured they had set hours they must be open. I recommend anybody and everybody to avoid wasting your time and money here because of their failure to stick to a simple, publicly advertised schedule.

Highly recommend this place for adjustments and the price. Front desk lady Shantel is very nice and the Drs are welcoming and concerned with your issues.
