I love going to this doctor office they're very good and professional, they make me feel very comfortable because I am not comfortable with dentist. But they are very careful on working on my teeth..

Do not come to this dental office. They are severely understaffed with dental assistants. And the one they do have they work way too hard and treat her so bad! They should be ashamed of the way this office is ran.

Don't go to them. I had two root canals on my FRONT teeth that they referred me out to a different specialty dentist to do.After getting those done I went back to Western dental the next day and they took an x-ray and told me that they were sending it off to get an approval from my insurance to get two caps . (I was told that you're not supposed to have temporaries in for more than 2 weeks.) It's been 5 weeks now so when I asked Western dental why they haven't been approved yet, they told me that they had no record of me ever coming in so they never sent the request to get my caps approved!! Meanwhile yesterday I finished two more root canals (that were already approved) from the dentist they referred me to and now I can't get a hold of Western dental to talk to them about these issues. They keep putting me on hold over and over and then it just hangs up. They also got my insurance to authorize a cap for tooth that I didn't even have on my plan or need! I've had temporaries now in for over 5 weeks and it's going to cost me $2,400 out of pocket for my teeth without insurance for caps. I need the Caps soon or I'm going to lose these front teeth and it's because of them right now.!They seem to not want to be bothered . The Redlands branch is confused and dosent seem to know what they are doing, plus if they know you have a problem they put you on hold until it eventually hangs up on you. I have "Dentist fears"already and then with covid it was harder to go and then this is my first experience back at a dentist and it's been horrible. And I am risking losing my FRONT TEETH because Western dental is not competent or communicated with me! Be warned ! Be very very warned!!

I'd give a zero if possible. Background, I haven't been to a dentist in years so I know im gonna have issues before even being seen. Made an appointment for 3pm, showed up at 215 for paperwork and spent 3 HOURS waiting for any type of service. I wasn't acknowledged as numerous patients were being taken back. Didn't get xrays done till 545 and was taken back, so have a consult. When I actually was spoken with, or rather spoken to. The doctor (older Indian women) went through the issues I've accumulated, I understood I was going to inevitably have issues, but she had a tone that was of belittlment and condensending. Afterwards, she didn't skip a beat to mention WDs Gum X treatment and making every effort to include the treatment in a sentence along with how it's out of pocket. Quote "it is pricey but IF its important to you. Its your choice" in the most horrendous tone I've EVER heard. All this and not once was I asked for why came in to be seen, I was just along for the ride with being spoken to rather than having somekind of reasonable conversation about my dental health. Nothing felt clean, equipment I noticed were broken or showing age, most staff were unprofessional in manner and appearance (back of house) I have EVERY reason to be upset with how my first (and only visit) was handled but just more disappointed I didn't leave after waiting when their intake paperwork is adamant about being on time to your appointment. If your insurance can cover another office, please don't waste your time.
