EVERYONE at Elite Dental go way above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable! Heck, I even asked them if I could come to their office Christmas party just so I could hang out with them! They really are great! You can definitely trust them with your smile!

If your constantly reading Negative comments about this practice, take it for what it is and find another practice. A lot of sly and underhanded attempts and tricks to get more out of your wallet. Beckley has no say anymore. Please save your Fake comments for someone else. You need to reach out to me, I reached out to you and corporate said that they would not address our concerns.

Made appointment over a week ago. Gave all patient/insurance information. Appointment for 9am on a Tuesday. After 2pm the day before, Monday, I received a text asking me to update insurance to their office. I did it immediately following the text. At 8am day of appointment, I get a text that my appointment must be canceled and rescheduled bc their office is not the provider on insurance card. I called. They called back to advise they were unable to get any information from insurance and would still need to reschedule. Its amazing. Had I canceled my appointment less than 24 hours in advance then I would be charged $50. But, they can cancel on you day of and its cool. Their lack of preparation ends with inconvenience on the patient side, not theirs. Funny how customer service works these days. . If I need to reschedule, I might as well just schedule with another office. Maybe one that does their due diligence more than 24 hours in advance. Plenty of other GREAT dental options in the area to chose from.
