Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands

We had to put our lab down and the care and compassion we received was truly amazing.

Had to come here from Palm Springs over the weekend since there was no emergency vet locally. I am glad we did, the staff and the vet were really very professional, compassionate and wonderful. Had to put my 20 year old kitty down and it was a great experience with them for such a sad time.

My pup is currently at this center and I am So grateful to Dr. Lee for taking the time to give me the resources and information needed to get the care my pup desperately needed. Every single tech and doctor have been friendly, communicative, and caring to me and my dog. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My puggle Stormy was attacked by several dogs and had a pretty big open wound. I took him to Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands. The front desk staff was very nice and took us in pretty quick. They triaged Stormy and put me in a private room to speak with me. Dr. Townsend was the treating vet. He was very calm and explained everything to me. Chris, the care advocate, came in and explained the bill to me. I knew exactly what I was getting into. Chris was so nice, calm and caring. I had to leave Stormy there overnight for surgery. Dr. Townsend called me after surgery to let me know Stormy was doing well. I really appreciated the call and update. First thing in the morning I went to go pick my little Storm up. Chris was there to meet me and go over the bill. She also brought Storm out and helped me get him in the car. The e-collar he wore was definitely nicer than the normal plastic ones. He seems more comfortable with it. The surgery area is very clean. The stitches are done nicely. They gave me a whole packet of aftercare and talked me through what to look for in case of infection. Thank you Dr. Townsend, Chris and everyone at the front for working so hard. As a pet owner, having to take your dog to an emergency center is so scary. I was so glad Stormy and I had Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands on side!

I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for the entire staff. The kindness and compassion towards my fur baby and his immediate need for critical care. I felt confident my kitty would receive the highest quality care. And he did. Dr. Lee answered all my questions and was supportive in regards to sharing with me that I hadn't been negligent in seeing my cats symptoms (he had kidney cancer) I will be recommending and using VEC for all my pets. Thank you everyone there for helping Elliot cross the Rainbkw Bridge with love and compassion
