When my family inherited a property in California and the Transfer on Death Deed in place was rejected by the County- we were stuck in a giant dilemma. The estate representatives/Trustee lived in Minnesota and numerous other heirs sprinkled across the country. Elisabeth fairly researched if she could help and take the case. She got back to us promptly and followed through with the County and title company to eventually fixed a problem we spent 2 years trying to fix on our own to no avail. We couldn't be happier! Elisabeth and her staff gave us prompt and regular feedback by phone or email- even though we never even met her in-person. She quoted a fee to accomplish the task and stuck with the quote even though it was trickier than even she might have expected to get the issue solved. Highly recommended!

It is my pleasure to review this law firm. Elisabeth took care of my brother in law's legal needs back in 2017. After his passing in 2018,she continued to fully handle all legal proceedings for his wife,(my sister) until her passing in 2021. I then became one of her clients.
