I have had a good experience with Dr Murad. I always get the link to my telehealth appt way before my appt date. Hes really just there for my med renewals and a quick check on how Im doing. So far, so good. (Im about a year into seeing him.)

I had a Telehealth Appointment. Before the meeting, I requested an email confirmation. Marad nor his office wouldn't send one. I asked them to send me a link before the meeting. Marad nor his office wouldn't send one of this either. When I called the office 20 minutes past the start time, the office stated he was with a client. Murad finally sends me an email 40 mins late past our meeting start time. It takes me 3 mins to access the link he sent because of the link to instructions; he decides to cancel the meeting because I took too long to enter the room. The complete lack of consideration for his patients was mind-blowing. I will not be going back.

Hard to get your prescription filled without seeing him . Office does not return phone calls. Had trouble wit insurance coverage for meds and no luck with desk and doctor.
