Farmers Insurance - James Light

Since I cancelled the home owners policy. They also cancelled my earthquake insurance then tried to resale back to me for around 700.00 more. Shame on you

IF I received call back to ask question, my question was not answered. The subject was changed or I was blamed for the mistake or increase in rates. After a period of time, I was changed to Email communication between myself & the office. I never requested this. Btw, I did not call every day or even once a week At most I called every other week or once/month. Between Jesse (assistant to Mr. Light) & Jim Light, I have never received such horrendous customer service in my life. I am female, 67 yrs. old, retired RN, no moving violations, mileage/yr less than 4,000 & no points on my valid drivers license. Due to poor health & emergency hip surgery it took awhile to get away from this office. However, it was the best Christmas gift I gave myself Think twice before staying with this broker or calling in the first place. Please
