Farmers Insurance - Amit Roberts

Had a great experience with Mr Amit Roberts. Gave ne all the information I needed. The coverage was actually for a family member. Unfortunately she could not get coverage (personal reason I won't disclose) however he continue to follow up and eventually we got other family members coverage. Thank you Amit

Amit Roberts is very professional, patient, organized, and educational when it comes to insurance. My friends and I were able to gain knowledge while become proud owners of life insurance policies. He really went above and beyond to meet our needs and answer all of our questions ! I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends ! Amit is the man!!! He is so thorough and helpful with helping me understand how to best cover my family with my life insurance policy, my home, and my cars. This guy is a one-stop shop!

Absolutely the worst INSURANCE AGENT around. Both Mr. Roberts and Grace are by far the most unprofessional individuals I have met in my adult life. Grace deliberately withheld information regarding fees, even after I specifically asked her what the fees would be for my policy each month, just so she could get my business. On my first payment to begin my policy I was charged more then I was to be charged even though we went over all the payment information twice to verify what would be deducted from my account. Grace and Mr. Roberts are extremely difficult to reach via phone or text, and when you do receive a call back they always tell you they will work on your request and call back within a certain time frame, but weeks will go by with no call. After talking to both of them today, with them still not having corrected their mistake I have contacted another agent to have my policy transferred.

Amit and his staff work hard to solve your insurance problems. I called a few times to make sure I got everthing sorted out. Amit was very patient with my many questions.
