      Hello Sir, i am so sorry for the misunderstanding that you feel this way. we had sent you notice through the text, email and letter, asking you to provide the California driver license since you have been living here more than a year, it's a requirement. Since you did not provide the Driver license, your Policy was inactive for a little while. once you did provide the license to us, we reinstate your insurance time out of force. The payment that you paid was for the previous month of September. we personally called and took your permission, to charge you for September. Once again i am very sorry for all the confusion and do apologize that you feel that way.you have a great and Blessed day.
