Dr. Janessa James is a huge blessing to our lives. She goes beyond the standard of care. Despite how busy she may be, shes attentive to all of my sons needs, as well as both of his parents needs. She has shown compassion, connection and respect through every appointment. She has never rushed us and always addresses every issue or concern. Most importantly, my son loves his visits and we trust her. Thank you for your patience Dr. Janessa James. You have been an Angel for us in this very difficult year of adjustments. God bless you for the care you have provided. I am beyond grateful that you are a part of our family.
Thank you for the clinical staff as well. The receptionists are quick and respectful. The nurses are friendly and connected. The facility is super clean. All of this support relieves any stress about getting my son in promptly and not having to worry about my son playing while we wait or talk to his doctor. I am so thankful for all of your hard work.
