        They are highly disorganized. They do not properly document your information, the office staff needs to be reminded after every appointment to fill your prescriptions. If you need paperwork for disability accommodations, forget about it. I've been asking for my file for over a year now, and have signed several release waivers without receiving any access to my medical records (even after following up in person and by phone a number of times).
