        They made my rental very convenient and easy to do. Booked online, paid and was sent all the info I needed to enter the yard and my storage unit. Also, loved that the lock was already inside the unit waiting for me . Great experience.

        If we are referring to the Redlands facility off of Redlands Bulivard. The costumer service was great, pleasant and respectful. Wish I could say the same for the one ON Baceline in San Bernardino!( I dont recall the young ladys name but she was amazing. Id like to take the opportunity to thank her.
