Awful company to deal with. Previous management tied us into this contract! A nightmare to get out of! Their courses are long, cumbersome, & sometimes impossible! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Please let this review serve as a warning to all potential users of this company!!! This is a preditory group utilizing an Iron-clad contract to capture and maintain their higher-than-most monthly service fees. Please make sure that you are 150% sure that this is the company you want to use before you sign anything as there is no turning back. To say that you will be locked in is an extreme understatement. They are unyielding and draconian in their determination to get your money and to keep you paying, and paying and paying. We are a small medical-services group, impacted serverly by COVID and made the unfortunate mistake of signing. We have made numerous impassioned attempts to explain our situation to executives at Medtrainer in order to try to get ourselves out from under this financial burden but they have consistantly refused to release us from their three year contract totalling almost $13,000.00, even though we have never actually utilized their services. This is not only financially crushing but is ultimately disheartening to know that there are companies like this out there who represent themselves as one thing but turn out to be something entirely different....PLEASE BEWARE!
