Let me be clear; I go here often and the employees are great and really helpful, truly. I'd give them 5 stars. My issue is with the company. The deceptive tactics around the "military discount" are downright unethical and insulting. It's a slap in the face to those of us who served. First, they only offer it on Monday. So, chances are you'll forget or come in on the wrong day naturally. How convenient...but that's not my chief complaint. What happened today is what really bothers me and what I find disgusting about this "discount". Especially because they actually potentially screw over all other customers too. We walk in today to buy a staple supplement. On the store it's $45.99. I check online on their own website and it's 20% off at $36.79. Why are your store prices different than the website? Price matching to competitors is normal, but to your own platform? Suspect, to say the least. I'm an analyst by profession and I can assure you that is by design for the business benefit at your detriment. Consumers assume that prices are consistent across the organization's channels and rightfully so, and trust companies to use fair pricing practices. So, IF you just happened to check THEIR OWN WEBSITE you get 20% off, otherwise you unknowingly pay full price. What a way to treat your customers. When we went to checkout we were told we couldn't get the military discount because we discovered their 20% off sale price online. Okay...wow. So, a veteran that walks in without checking the website thinks they're getting "20% off", assuming it's Monday. But in reality, they're paying the standard price that all other customers online and/or who check the website for a price match pay to the company's own website. That's not a military discount, it's a cheap trick. Meanwhile, Vitamin Shoppe gets to front as a company offering military discounts. I used to work for Vitamin Shoppe years ago but we didn't do things like this back then and I certainly wouldn't work for a company that uses these types of practices. Hard to justify ever going back.

I went in to to buy some Lean Body but they were out. Melissa was able to help me locate some lean body at another store. She was extremely helpful and really nice. Customer service like this is rare now a days so thank you Melissa

Amazing staff. Kind, friendly, helpful. Well organized shop providing supplements, drinks and snacks to promote better health.
