        Stay away. If I could rate 0 stars I would! They have poor customer service and are very unprofessional especially Geoffrey! They do not admit to their mistakes on orders and blame you for them and expect you to pay the full order. Even when the order was incorrect/ or missing items etc shorts and or jerseys. Beware of this companies poor customer service. They would rather take the time and cuss you out and verbally abuse you than resolve the problem they created with your order.

        We have used various uniform companies in the past few years. Smack is the first one we will be using again. We pride ourselves on "cool" looking uniforms. I'm more happy with the customer service I received from Bill. As every Club Director knows, there will be issues when it comes to uniforms. Working with Bill made all of those issues lesser. He understands when issues arise and does everything he can to create a solution to the problem. We currently have them working on some "custom" jerseys and I can't wait to see how they turn out! I highly recommend Smack Sportswear!

        They helped me out even though I wasnt a paying customer. I brought in a USC football jersey where one of the logo heat seal detached. They gladly heat pressed it back on no questions asked! I believe this says a lot of their business model and if I ever have any needs, I will be sure to return and contribute to their business.

      Hello Alex and Erica,I am sorry to hear that your refund didn't go through, but your statement is completely false. On Aug 31 we followed up with you saying the reason we will be refunding you is because we don't ship website orders internationally. You also received a refund receipt (#23971) on Aug 31st showing the refund was processed on our end ad Paypal would be sending you money. It's possible there was an issue on Paypal's end, but we never heard back from you so assumed the refund was completed. If there is anything we can do to help please reply to the 2 emails we sent in late August or call us, but it seems to be in Paypal's hands as of now since the transaction was disputed.

      Mr Ceja, with all due respect, your review states numerous inaccuracies and is lacking in gratitude. First you confirmed an order for full custom sublimated jerseys on 4/1, then told us you needed them in 11 days - which at the time we told you would most likely not happen and informed you to have a backup plan. (We’ll be glad to send you screen shots of the emails on 4/1, 4/6). You also gave us a ship to address and forgot to provide the apartment number. The shipment came back to us, which caused an 8 day delay that shouldn’t have happened had you provided the correct address. You also received the entire short order, and told us your were missing items - even though we had 3 different employees confirm the correct amount of shorts were shipped that were on your original order form. But ya know what - we didn’t argue as per your review... our owner approved for us to send you addl shorts, and didn’t charge you for those. And you then on 4/23 ordered 2 more shorts that we shipped you (which we had to write off cause your credit card kept declining). You also authorized us to charge your card for the $515 balance, then filed for a chargeback, stiffing us for that $. We’ve already contacted the school to report your actions and to receive payment through their athletics Dept.
