Everything was seamless and the key to that is Preparation which is what my loved one did years in advance. Green Valley followed my loved ones wishes to a tee making this difficult time less difficult.

Our experience was very positive The people were very helpful and helped us in anyway they could. We decided at last minute to set up a lunch They were able to accommodate us . It was very nice and the food was good. Both my parents and mother-in-law and her second husband are burried at Gren Valley Martuary

Everyone was so supportive and helpful during a difficult time for our family. From the first phone conversation and throughout the process, I was offered support, was well informed and felt no pressure at any step in the process. It is evident the entire team cares about their clients, providing information and a variety of resources needed along the way. Green Valley Mortuary & Cemetary was there for our family and I cant thank them enough.

Beautiful grounds BUT outrageous pricing.  I went in to make arrangements for a parent's cremation.  Basic cremation starts at $2400 but that does not include the container to perform the cremation (starting at $450-which is burned up), then the minimum urn box price of $450,  then to collect the body it is $350 if after hours and after hours is anything outside of 9am to 3pm (most of us work 8-5).  The final minimum price after "fees" was $4000.  Getting a spot in a burial plot or wall was even more wild in price.  Fortunately I called another mortuary in Folsom before signing anything with Green Valley--they charged $1995 for cremation total, including all urns and containers and no after hour fees.  Charging over double is borderline unethical.
